Jeanette has always been very sports oriented and has practiced different sports such as: tae kwon do, hiking, tennis and running in marathons. After a hamstring injury a friend suggested yoga to help with recuperation and this was her initiation into the world of yoga. Yoga was such a revelation that she changed her running shoes for a sticky mat. Jeanette travelled the US, Mexico and to India twice to further her studies in Yoga and to deepen her yoga philosophy. Because of her love of teaching and knowledge about Yoga her classes always adapt to the level of the students. She gives a very personal and unique flavor to all of her classes.
